An application that fits the way you work, instead of adding steps to it.

We build applications and digital platforms that start from the user: what do they want to accomplish? What information do they need? Where does the process stop today? Then we turn those requirements into a user experience, databases, permissions, and integrations.

  • Platforms and marketplaces

Experiences for presenting products and services, search and filtering, creating listings, and managing user accounts. We design the publishing, messaging, and moderation steps around the nature of the platform, with particular care for the Arabic experience on mobile.

  • Customer portals

A space where a customer can submit a request, upload a document, follow the status of the work, or review its outputs. Everything related to the request lives in one place instead of being scattered across email, chats, and files.

  • Internal operations systems

Tools for managing requests, approvals, tasks, and work states. We define responsibilities, the stages of each procedure, and the information required at every step, with a log that shows what changed and who changed it.

  • Booking and scheduling systems

Defining availability, sharing booking links, and managing rescheduling and cancellations. The design covers time-zone differences, buffers, and notifications or calendar connections depending on the project.

  • Supplier and procurement systems

Organizing supplier data, requests for quotation, document and approval tracking, and linking them to operational needs. We can build tools that complement existing systems rather than rebuilding functions they already perform.

  • Connecting applications and services

Integration with databases, CRM systems, email, calendars, and ERP systems. We define what each system is responsible for and where each piece of information comes from, so integration does not create duplicate records or inconsistent processes.

  • Adding AI to the application

Conversational search, assisted data entry, content classification, or draft preparation. These functions are added inside the user experience where they serve a clear task, not as a separate feature whose purpose the user cannot see.

What does delivery include?

Depending on scope: requirements, interface design, feature development, databases, permissions, integrations, and testing. We also set out operating and maintenance requirements, and what the team needs to run the application after handover.

The start is not always a large system

You can begin with one procedure or one group of users. We test the solution within a clear scope, then build on what proves useful.
