This notice explains how information submitted through the LevantBase inquiry form is handled.

LevantBase is currently operated by Hani Alnatour and Omar Almurie. LevantBase’s registration in Syria is in progress. LevantBase is not presented here as an already registered company.

Information the form collects
The form collects your name, work email, company name, selected service, and inquiry description. You may also provide your company country, website, and expected timing. A source category records which type of site link opened the form; it does not accept arbitrary page paths.
How the information is used
We use the information to review and route your inquiry, respond to your company, and protect the form against abuse. The website does not currently send a separate visitor acknowledgment email.
Service providers
Cloudflare Turnstile performs the security check. Cloudflare Email Service delivers the inquiry to the configured LevantBase mailbox. These integrations receive the information necessary to perform those functions.
Retention and storage
We retain inquiry data for up to 24 months from the date of receipt, unless a longer retention period is required for contractual or legal reasons. The website does not store form submissions in a site database. Inquiry copies may remain in the email systems used to receive and answer them. The website operators must review or delete inquiry records when the approved period expires unless a documented contractual or legal basis requires longer retention.
